• For multi-session removal, the deposit will be applied toward the final session.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or the deposit will be forfeited.
• The deposit is transferable to a new appointment date if rescheduled.
• After 2 reschedules, the deposit will be forfeited.
• No call / no show appointments will result in a forfeited deposit.
• The deposit will be forfeited after 30 days if no attempt to reschedule has been made or confirmed.
